What a privilege to have been part of the camping weekend at Inkampu. Very well managed camp, clean, beautifully laid out camping sites, ablution blocks and central “braai” area with swimming pool facilities. The owners going out of their way to make your stay absolutely unforgettable. Thank you Jollie and Brad, we will be back.

Camped at Inkampu for the first time recently. What an awesome experience! Brad and Yollie are the most gracious hosts. We will be visiting again before summer kicks off - for sure!

Never before have we felt so at home straight away! Neat, clean, organised, well planned & well managed. Close enough to the dunes for those who want to go and do a bit of oversanding, but far a way that the noise of the quadbikes don't become too intrusive. Close enough to Madam town to go and do some quick shopping. And there are many little hidden away shops that cater for the campers and off-roaders. Nearby attractions like the "Ghost town". And apparently there are some active archeological dig sites to visit. Elevated location provides the perfect vantage point for the amazing sunrises and sunsets. But the best of all is how all the campers become friends around the campfire. More than friends. Family.

We booked a spot for 2 days camping during Inkampu’s opening weekend. We were very excited to find a spot where you have all the comforts as well as the outdoor experience we are looking for while camping. The space is layed out great with each camp site close to facilities, yet you have your own space and do not feel like anyone is encroaching. We arrived to welcome faces with big smiles and we felt at easy immediately. The first night we we’re invited to the common lapa area where we were able to interact and make friends with all the other campers. Everything was so organic, and the ambience relaxed. The food was scrumptious and bountiful. The music fun and made everyone’s feet itch to shuffle around on the dance floor. We headed to bed late but had a great night’s sleep as expected sleeping under the stars. The showers and toilets were cleaned and well maintained during our stay, any small issues that would arise was delt with swiftly and most people would not even have known something small occurred. Below some Pros and Cons Pros - Great hosts that was very attentive - Large camp spaces allocated, great value for money - Hot water showers and toilets - Wash up space for dishes - Hard packed areas for vehicles between the camp sites - Lapa is a great social area, but you still have an option to stay in your own space. - Children had organic spaces to play and make friends. - Two main things available on site for purchase, Ice and wood. Cons - We wanted to stay longer but the work week called us back to Dubai

We were fortunate enough to celebrate the grand opening at Inkampu Camping Oasis and what an extraordinary experience it was. It felt like we were in South Africa with all the lovely Afrikaans speaking people, the spitbraai and sokkie. Dit was sommer net lekker man! Inkampu Camping Oasis is the ideal place for those who want to experience the desert and nature but also prefer their creature comforts. There are plenty of flushing toilets and hot showers available on the campgrounds. There are also a huge lapa, dance floor and fire pits creating the perfect setting with sunsets. A huge shout out to Brad and Jollie for creating this wonderful desert oasis. We are looking forward to some more camping experiences.

I recently had the pleasure of camping at this fantastic site, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations! What sets this place apart is its excellent provision of braai facilities. As someone who loves outdoor cooking, having well-equipped braai facilities added an extra layer of enjoyment to our camping trip. The convenience and quality of these amenities significantly contributed to the overall satisfaction of our stay. Moreover, the campground boasts a large entertaining common area, perfect for socializing and enjoying the company of fellow campers. It's evident that the management has carefully designed and maintained this space, creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. I highly recommend this camping site for anyone seeking a delightful outdoor experience. The combination of well-maintained grounds, pristine bathroom facilities, top-notch braai amenities, and a spacious entertaining area makes it a standout choice for camping enthusiasts. Five stars without a doubt!
